Rapleaf Needs Phenomenal Biz Development/Sales People
Company overview: Rapleaf is an internet startup in San Francisco backed by some of the most well-known investors in Silicon Valley. Rapleaf's B2B arm is a data company that provides deep insight on people. Clients include e-commerce companies, lead gen firms, telcos, and more; these clients learn about their customers in order to give them a better user experience. Our aim is to whitelist the world.

Position: BizDev/Sales
Required Tasks:
- Develop new revenue streams.
- Build partners with sales and distribution channels.
- Sell to new and existing customers.
- Lead in all aspects of deal development, prospecting, sourcing, negotiating and closing. This will include strategic partnerships, distribution deals, and corporate development.
- First sales/BD person at company (to date all sales have been made by the CEO).
- Contribute to product and strategy development efforts. Work closely on product/marketing and technology leads, and report to the CEO.
- Change the world and make it more profitable to be ethical.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical background with experience in fast moving, fast growing environment such as banking, strategic consulting, or entrepreneurial endeavors
- Entrepreneurial, high energy and committed to excellence
- Aggressive sales superstar with skills to close deals and create long-term business partnerships.
- Leader who is respected on and off the job
- Thrive on chaos, risk, uncertainty and decisively takes action
- Should be personable,ethical, and low-maintenance

- Should want to live in or near San Francisco (relocation package available)
